My daughter Mariella discovered a new passion for baking during the lockdown, which turned into a business venture none of us expected. What started out as a simple day in the kitchen not knowing what to do that day, Mariella decided to bake some cookies, we loved it, she then decided to try out different flavors and of course we were the taste testers.

As she developed her skills and flavor profile, she decided to try and sell them after weeks of making sure her cookies were baked right and had the right amount of sweetness. And when she got all her suppliers and team ready then she officially launched Golden Dough PH by Mariella Laurel.

She now has four variants, The Trio (A combination of Dark, Milk and White Chocolate), Walnut Trio (A combination of all three chocolates with toasted walnuts), O’Crumble, her ode to Cookies and Cream (My Favorite) and her newest flavor Elena a decadent twist on a nutella cookie with toasted hazelnuts (Ayen’s favorite hence the name).

Everything is heaven in your mouth especially with the Auro Chocolates she uses to make her Golden Dough PH Cookies.

True to her being a Eco Warrior, Mariella partnered with EconestPH for biodegradable, compostable sugarcane packaging and a cassava bag inked by eco-friendly soy to house her cookies andPapel de Letra.S. recycled paper for the info tags!
