How To Dine In Style With H&M’s Dinnerware

I was invited to an intimate gathering by H&M Philippines to introduce their newest collection of dinnerware at their Showroom in Makati, which was transformed into a dining space that showcased H&M HOME’s comprehensive kitchen line.

We got to partake a four-course meal of Cauliflower Cream Soup with Pancetta, Beetroot Marinated Salmon Gravlax with Honey Mustard Grain Lemon Dressing, Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Potato Mousseline and Prawn Bisque, Mango Tarte with Cinnamon Cream and Mango Coulis using the products from H&M Home’s newest collection that features a clean design of dinnerware made of stone and wood that has a matte finish along with rustic cutting boards, carafes, utensils and glasses.

Our lunch were specially prepared by French Masterchefs Marc Toutain and Chef Bruno Tirel with the help of the students of the Center for Culinary Arts Manila (CCA) who also treated us to a special demonstration on how to make crepe. I tried to do one, which came out pretty well minus the confusion in the beginning since it was the first time I ever tried to make crepe. It was also great seeing old my old friend and colleague from showbiz Rica Peralejo-Bonifacio. We had a great time catching up with Cheska Garcia- Kramer, Myrza Sison, Liza Ilarde along with H&M’s Dan Mejia and Nikki Verzo.
