“The Broken Marriage Vow” is the Philippine adaptation of the BBC Studios’ “Doctor Foster,” which already had five international adaptations from France, Russia, Turkey, India, and South Korea “The World Of The Married”.
It revolves around a married couple named Dr. Jill Ilustre (Jodi) and David Ilustre (Zanjoe), whose marriage will be tested because of the latter’s affair with the young and beautiful Lexy Lucero (Sue).
Their son, Gio Illustre (Zaijian), will get caught in between the struggle of the couple.
The show will be helmed by Direk Connie Macatuno, whose recent films include “Glorious” and “Malaya”. It is slated to be released very soon in all Kapamilya channels.
Blessings,
