That is exactly what I had during the special lunch hosted by Raffles Hotel to introduce their new master chef, Chef De Cuisine Hervé Clair. A native from Provençe, Chef Clair developed his passion for the culinary arts by training under renowned chef Alain Ducasse in three acclaimed Ducasse restaurants, the La Bastide De Mouster in Provence; the Parisian bistro Aux Lyonnais in Paris; and the renowned Le Relais du Parc at the Hotel Mariott Paris. Since then he worked in a number of prestigious restaurants all over the world that helped him develop his signature dishes.
Chef Clair’s culinary journey has brought him to our shores and has redefined the menu at Mireio by brining in his vast knowledge and expertise in French cuisine.
Every single dish I had was simply divine.
I am getting hungry again just by thinking of that glorious meal. Don’t waste anymore time, book a table at Mireio and have a taste of what true French cuisine is all about.
